This survey gathers voters' perspectives on the essential traits, values, and qualifications that an ideal candidate or elected leader in Albania should possess ahead of the local elections. It explores key factors such as integrity, leadership qualities, ethical values, communication skills, gender, and the ability to make sound decisions. Additionally, the survey aims to understand the attitudes, behaviours, and characteristics that are most important for effectively addressing the needs of the community. Ultimately, the purpose of this survey is to answer a central question: "Who is the most qualified and capable candidate to lead a municipality and tackle the everyday challenges that citizens face?" By collecting and analysing these insights, the survey intends to identify the qualities that resonate most with voters and contribute to selecting a leader who can best serve the public interest.
