WFD is pleased to announce that we are recruiting long-term observers (LTO) to be seconded to the OSCE/ODIHR Election Observation Mission to the Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Albania on 11 May 2025. 
 

To be considered as UK-seconded observer, you must:

• Be available from 8 April to 20 May; 
• Have participated in at least 3 OSCE/ODIHR missions as short-term observer (STO);
• Hold a UK passport valid for at least six months;
• Have an up to date profile in the OSCE/ODIHR Election Expert Database;  
• Have completed the Online Course for ODIHR Observers and be able to provide the certificate as evidence; 
• Be fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level). 

Please note the deadline for applications is Monday 17 March 2025 at midday (GMT). Applications received after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances. The selection process will be finalised by 19 March, and you will be contacted thereafter only if you were selected. 
 

If you do not have a positive message by 19 March, regretfully you have not been selected. WFD is unable to provide feedback to individual unsuccessful candidates.
