Tina Fahm is an expert in leading transformative change and a leadership development specialist with a 30-year track record as a learning strategist, content creator, trainer, facilitator and measurement expert, who engages successfully across contexts including civil society, government and institutional settings, and is skilled in organisational development, coaching mentoring and e-learning methodologies. She has a passion for embedding transformative learning experiences that unlock the inherent talent within individuals, particularly women seeking to advance their careers in politics and public life.
Tina has extensive experience in governance, oversight and scrutiny following an early career at Booker PLC and the Audit Commission. She has served on the boards of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); as Legal Services Commissioner with oversight responsibility for the administration of legal aid and as a Commissioner of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) reporting to Parliament. In May 2024 Tina was appointed as a lay member of the Speaker’s Committee of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (SCIPSA). IPSA is the world’s first fully independent regulator of MPs’ financial remuneration, regulating the business costs and expenses of 650 elected MPs and their staff.
Tina holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and remains an emeritus governor of the LSE.
