Ressida Begg

Ressida Begg is the Division Manager Core Business Support at the Parliament of South Africa. She holds a BA.LLB degree and is a qualified and admitted attorney. She has further obtained an Honours degree in Public Administration cum laude. She is currently sitting for a master's degree in law specialising in Comparative Constitutional Law. She has 26 years’ experience in the legislative sector, having started out as a Legal Adviser in 1999, progressing to Director Legislation and Oversight and then Deputy Secretary: Procedural Services in the Western Cape Legislature. She joined the Parliament of South Africa in December 2015.
