Rana Kawar holds an MSc degree in Professional Translation (Arabic-English-French) from the "Institut de Traducteurs, d'Interprètes et de Relations Internationales de Strasbourg", France. She comes with over 25 years of professional experience in the design, management and implementation of programmes in development and emergency contexts. As a multilingual development practitioner who has worked for national and international organisations, including UNICEF, Queen Rania Foundation, King Abdullah II Fund for Development and the British Council, Rana's technical expertise and experience comprise team and finance management, fund raising and donor relations, upstream and downstream policy dialogue and advocacy, project co-creation and implementation.
Rana's leadership skills and technical competencies are demonstrated in her capacity to support and collaborate with diverse teams, provide strategic vision, coordination and data utilization towards overall systems strengthening.
