Keti is the WFD Country Representative in Georgia. She joined WFD in 2020. She has overall responsibility for delivery of Georgia programme portfolio, strategic approach and ensuring effective leadership of the Georgian team. Previously she served as the WFD Country Representative in Armenia and the WFD Environmental Democracy Programme Manager in Georgia.
Prior to joining WFD, Keti has worked over a decade to support democracy development in Georgia on national and local level. She has served as a programme officer at International Republican Institute (IRI) under a USAID and NED funded programme. She has a solid background in managing and administering international election observation missions in Georgia and Moldova. She was a programme coordinator at Training Center of Ministry of Justice of Georgia and FLEX alumni coordinator at American Councils for International Education.
Keti holds a master’s degree in Political Science from State University of New York under the Fulbright scholarship; and master’s degree in Euroculture and Politics from University of Deusto under Erasmus Mundus scholarship.
