Fariz Maarif

A journalist by training, Fariz began his career in the public sector as an aide to the Mayor of Serang (2018–2021) with the main responsibility of engaging young people in political discourse and policymaking. He decided to join the Democratic Party in his home province of Banten hoping to be the bridge that brings politics closer to his community, especially those that are often overlooked.
