In order to examine the challenges and needs of civil society and community organizations addressing the matters concerning climate change and environmental protection in Georgia, the measures proposed by the Centre for Strategy and Development, along with desk research, encompassed such a qualitative method of data collection as conducting in-depth interviews with subject matter experts on climate change and environmental protection, representatives of the non-governmental sector (civil society and community organizations) and universities.
